I maintain a level of confidentiality, which is deemed appropriate and is agreed at the start of the coaching relationship or consultancy engagement.

I maintain professional indemnity insurance which covers my services, in the UK and internationally.

Feedback

I monitor the quality of my services in order to provide factual and accurate feedback to my clients.

Declare Conflicts

I declare and make known immediately any known or potential conflict of interest with my clients.
